Catalog Connection does not accept returns for refund of original payment method. Upon returning an item you will receive a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Due to our high turnover of merchandise, we do not offer exchanges online and all online returns will be refunded as store credit. To return an item for store credit, ship item to:

ONLY unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise with the tags still attached within 10 days of purchase are accepted for exchange. The payee is responsible for return shipping and payment method on all unwanted merchandise.
All jewelry is a final sale! Any item on sale is considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged. Advertised sales are applicable to items purchased during sale dates ONLY. Items purchased before or after sale dates do not receive sale price NO EXCEPTIONS. Our employees are not aware of items to be on sale prior to start of sale.
